These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GuessRise mobile application (the "App").
By accessing or using GuessRise, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
1. About GuessRise
GuessRise is a casual trivia game designed to make learning and playing fun.
The App offers features such as:
- Fun audio-based trivia questions.
- General knowledge quizzes.
- English vocabulary challenges.
- Level progression through answering questions.
- A virtual goose that grows as you level up.
- Trivia battles against computer-controlled opponents.
- Gameplay statistics and progress tracking.
We may introduce additional features in the future, including:
- Earning virtual goose feed by answering questions.
- Exchanging virtual goose feed for goose outfits and accessories.
- Participating in special events and spinning a reward wheel for virtual customization items.

4. Game Progress and Virtual Rewards
GuessRise may include game levels, points, virtual goose feed, outfits, accessories, and other in-game rewards.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
- Virtual rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Virtual items cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the App.
- Virtual rewards do not grant ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
- Reward availability, quantities, and redemption requirements may change as the App evolves.
Virtual rewards are intended solely to enhance the entertainment experience.
GuessRise does not guarantee financial returns or monetary benefits from gameplay.
5. Bot Battles
GuessRise may offer trivia battles against computer-controlled opponents.
These opponents are automated game characters and do not represent real online players.
Bot behavior, difficulty, scoring, and outcomes may be determined by game rules and automated systems.
We may adjust Bot Battle difficulty, rules, and rewards to improve gameplay balance and user experience.
6. Advertisements and Rewarded Ads
GuessRise may display third-party advertisements, including rewarded video ads.
Certain advertisements may offer optional in-game virtual rewards upon successful completion.
Ad availability may depend on factors such as:
- Internet connectivity.
- Device compatibility.
- Geographic location.
- Advertising partner availability.
- Technical or service conditions.
We do not guarantee that specific advertisements will always be available.
Rewards may not be granted if an advertisement is not completed, reward verification fails, or a technical error occurs.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Upcoming Shop and Special Events
GuessRise may introduce a virtual customization shop, special events, and a spin wheel.
These features may allow players to earn virtual goose feed and exchange it for outfits, accessories, or other in-game items.
Specific participation requirements, event durations, reward conditions, and redemption rules may be provided when these features become available.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, event rewards are virtual items for use within GuessRise only.
Any randomized reward features will be operated subject to applicable laws and platform requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All content associated with GuessRise, including its software, design, graphics, characters, animations, text, sounds, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by us or our respective licensors, except where otherwise indicated.
